Why won't my webcam recognize it's own software? - live cam center effects help
I recently received a Creative Live! Cam (webcam) and the real Creative Live! Cam Center does not seem to recognize wbecam and comes with "Can not see the video" the whole time. It's very frustrating because no matter what I try, I can not change.

because you bought a cheap web-cam in the .. guess My advice to return to save to buy better.
