I am looking for a tribute in poem form for a beloved great grandmother to be recited at her memorial service? - memorial verses
My grandmother died on 29 January and we have a commemoration of the 40th Day falls in March. I am looking for a poem or a verse to be recited by my niece, as a tribute to the beloved great grandmother. I really appreciate any help they could get.

. . . My grandmother. . .
I remember your hands soft and sweet
How to get to dry my tears;
I remember the warm and loving arms,
Who has my fear fear.
Someone who could walk to,
Who has always made sure he was there;
An ear to listen patiently to
Someone who always cared.
There is something strange and wonderful
God has to be brought into the heart of a grandmother;
Something that I knew that a child needs,
From the very beginning.
Heaven has a place
To the grandmother sweet and tender;
But I had a little piece of heaven on earth
I was in my grandma.

The grandmother never dies
I have not seen the real pain
real pain
I never see the world
as a truly free
Before my grandmother died
I have never felt the need for love
or God's creation
I have never seen the true nature of
Fair Information
my eyes
Before my grandmother died
I've never understood how important
booming!
I have never been the beauty of the sunrise
Top of the beautiful mountain scenery
Before my grandmother died
In fact, all recorded
The mountains and the dew
As if they all gave me
They knew that the soul
That when my grandmother died
She gave me life
understand and keep to myself
How can I go to bed every night
and find my peaceful sleep
Because my grandfather never really dead
And every morning I think about it
One, unconditional, I will
And I know that every day
As you can see the sky
Who has never
Because she still lives in me!
Dear Grandma
GMother love is borderless
Richer
Then all
Treasures of the World
The love of grandmother
Strong
The strings then all
Dear Grandma
Lingers
Always
During the time I can remember, Were Always There
Teach me to love ....
And see the good in everyone.
You were always there to listen,
Hand in hand, and I Hyg.
Their zest for life and maintenance of attention
They were an important influence in my life.
Thank you for my grandmother ....

A garden of love grows in the heart of the grandmother. "

I think, "I carry your heart with me" by EE Cummings is the best poem you can register as a tribute to his great-grandmother share.
I carry your heart with me
I carry your heart with me (I wear it in
My heart) I am never without it (everywhere
I want my love, and everything is
just for me, for you, my love)
I am afraid
no fate (for you are my fate, my sweet) I
no world (for beautiful you are my world, my true)
and they are, what does the moon always
and what will the sun is to sing, that you
Here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(which is the root of the root and the bud of the bud's
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life which grows
can be expected, higher than the soul or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that stops right next to the stars
I carry your heart (I carry in my heart)
